About the estate
The Cantina Tiberi is situated on the hills of Le Marche in Loro Piceno at an altitude of over 400 metres. The heart of the estate is a vineyard of approximately two hectares with Verdicchio, Montepulciano, Trebbiano and Sangiovese varietals. The family tradition focuses on the artisanal production of vino cotto. The harvest takes place manually at the beginning of October, followed by hand pressing, slow boiling of the must and spontaneous non-controlled fermentation in wooden barrels. Bottling is carried out without any filtration.
