About the estate
The Cantina Sandonna winery in Giove is managed across generations by the Paciacconi family, tracing its origins back to the 1960s. In the 1980s, Franco Paciacconi established the first vineyards and began vinification, a path now continued by his grandson Alessandro. The estate focuses on sustainable agricultural management in the Amerino area, prioritizing traditional training practices and landscape preservation. The artisanal production aims to create authentic wines that reflect the local heritage and highlight the traditional characteristics of the region. Future projects also involve the research and safeguarding of lesser-known local grape varieties.
The eno directory lists 10 wines, mostly from Ciliegiolo and Grechetto.
