About the estate
The Cantina Ripoli estate is located in the Chianti Classico DOCG area in Tuscany and was formally established with the 2016 vintage. The property encompasses one and a half hectares of vineyards situated in Radda and Monsanto, which are characterized by soils rich in limestone and calcite. Production focuses entirely on Sangiovese wines, and the grape harvest is conducted exclusively by hand. In the cellar, vinification proceeds without temperature conditioning or selected yeasts, starting instead with a pied de cuve. The wines are aged in cement tanks and bottled without filtration.
