About the estate

The Cantina Resom estate was founded in 2018 in Trento by the Moser family, whose winemaking roots trace back to 1959. The vineyards extend from the valley floor up to the slopes of Mount Calisio and are cultivated according to organic farming protocols. Vineyard management combines traditional techniques, such as the simple Trentino pergola system, with modern practices and relies entirely on manual harvesting. Representing three generations of winegrowers, the family transforms its own grapes into wines and sparkling wines under the Trento DOC denomination. Throughout all operations, the winery emphasizes environmental respect, sustainability, and a balance between tradition and innovation.
