About the estate

The Pedrotti Spumanti estate looks back on a long tradition that began in 1901 when founder Emanuele Pedrotti started producing wine. Today, the winery is managed in the fourth generation by sisters Donatella and Chiara, who focus on the production of sparkling wines using the traditional method. The maturation of their Trentodoc specialties takes place in a natural rock cave known as the Cattedrale dello Spumante. This unique environment provides ideal conditions for the development of these mountain sparkling wines from Trentino. The portfolio includes various lines of sparkling wines with differing complexity and structure.
