About the estate
The Buecher Paul et Fils estate cultivates thirty hectares of vineyards in Wettolsheim and looks back on a long family tradition dating back to the seventeenth century, which was consolidated in 1950 through the union of Paul and Joséphine BUECHER. Today, Jérôme BUECHER manages the winery in the Grand Cru Hengst and Brand sites as well as other locations, with the entire vineyard converted to organic farming methods starting in 2008. The portfolio includes AOC Alsace Grand Cru and AOC Crémant d'Alsace, focusing on authentic wines originating from diverse parcels. The family accompanies the vines with great care and controls every step from vineyard management to bottling.
