About the estate

Founded in 1917, the Bodegas Quiñón de Rosales, Coop. La Humildad cooperative located in El Toboso in Castilla-La Mancha currently has over 730 members. The production is based on 3500 hectares of vineyards cultivated with grape varieties such as Tempranillo, Garnacha, Macabeo, Verdejo, and Sauvignon Blanc. The winery processes the harvested grapes using modern technologies and utilizes a stock of 150 French oak barrels for maturation. Under the La Mancha DO designation, the estate produces young red and white wines as well as crianza wines, which are marketed under the brands Quiñón de Rosales and Galán de Dulcinea.
