About the estate
The Ayuso estate looks back on a long-standing tradition and launched the first Reserva of the La Mancha denomination with the 1965 harvest. The winery combines this family heritage with modern technology, operating out of a newly constructed facility covering an area of 15,000 square metres. Thousands of oak barrels and an advanced vinification hall shape the aging and production process within the extensive premises. Through continuous technical improvements and a strong international presence, the enterprise holds a solid reputation in both national and global markets.
