The Bodegas Martínez Saez winery was established by Ángel Martínez López in the early 1990s in the La Mancha region and is located in the town of Villarrobledo. The vineyards are situated at Finca San José, where grape varieties such as Chardonnay are cultivated. The estate controls the entire process from harvesting its own grapes to commercializing wines with the La Mancha DO denomination. The modern facilities span an area of more than 3,500 square meters and feature computerized temperature control systems and an underground air-conditioned barrel room for aging.
