The Bodegas Hnos. Sastre, S.L. estate was founded in 1992 by the Sastre family in La Horra within the Castile and León region. Today, the winery cultivates 45 hectares of vineyards featuring old vines situated at an altitude of 800 to 840 meters. Farming is conducted in a traditional manner without the addition of mineral fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides. For wine production within the Ribera del Duero DO designation, the estate relies on native yeasts, natural stabilization through winter temperatures, and careful barrel aging. The resulting wines are characterized by a rich, dense, and fresh profile.
