The Bodegas García de Olano estate is located in Laguardia in the País Vasco region and produces wines under the Rioja DOCa denomination. The winery cultivates its own vineyards, including very old plots, featuring grape varieties such as Tempranillo, Viura, Verdejo, Mazuelo, and Garnacha. The grapes for selected wines like Olanum are harvested and selected by hand by the winery owners. The portfolio comprises various red, white, and rosé wines, including Crianza bottlings aged in French oak barrels and parcel-specific selections. Depending on the wine, maturation takes place in French oak as well as through traditional methods such as carbonic maceration.
