About the estate
The Bodegas Estefanía, S.L. winery, located in Valtuille de Abajo in Castilla y León, cultivates its vineyards in the Bierzo DO denomination using organic farming methods. The plots are situated at altitudes between 400 and 900 meters in a region characterized by a high concentration of old vines. The renowned winemaker Raúl Pérez shapes the character of the wines through minimal intervention in the cellar and the use of native yeasts. The surrounding ecosystem with its diverse soils and rich flora and fauna contributes to the aromas of the wines.
