About the estate

The family-owned Bodega Severino Sanz, S.L. estate is located in Montejo de la Vega de la Serrezuela in the province of Segovia within the Ribera del Duero DO denomination. Managed by siblings Mª Dolores, José Félix, and Iñaki, the winery is named after their father Severino, who passed on his respect and affection for the land. Spanning approximately 28 hectares of vineyards, the estate primarily cultivates Tempranillo, which includes some centenarian vines. In the winemaking process, the winery combines traditional methods with modern technologies to produce limited quantities of high-quality wine.
