The Bodega Cerro Gallina estate is located in Campo Arcís within the Utiel-Requena denomination and is led by owner Santiago Vernia. The winery focuses primarily on old, hand-pruned Bobal vines as well as Pinot Noir vineyards planted in 2008. Farming relies on controlled irrigation without chemical fertilizers, followed by entirely manual harvesting into small boxes. The production process combines traditional methods with advanced technology, utilizing sorting tables and maturation in French oak barrels. The resulting wines offer a distinctive fruit profile, power, and elegance that reflect the local terroir.
