About the estate

The Birsak estate is a fourth-generation family-run winery located in Röschitz within the Weinviertel wine region. The estate cultivates around five hectares of vineyards situated on primary rock and loess soils. The grape variety portfolio includes Grüner Veltliner, Yellow Muskateller, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Blauer Zweigelt, and Sankt Laurent. The wines are marketed under the Weinviertel DAC designation of origin. Distribution is largely handled directly through personal deliveries to various regions in Austria.
