About the estate
The Baron Longo estate looks back on over 400 years of winemaking tradition in South Tyrol and is run as a family-operated winery. The vineyards cover around 20 hectares, cultivated according to Demeter biodynamic principles. The vines are planted at altitudes between 240 and 1,050 meters in the Dolomites. In the cellar, the winery relies on spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts, avoids animal products during clarification, and practices minimal intervention. The wines under the Alto Adige DOC denomination reflect authenticity and origin.
