The Barale F.LLI di BARALE SERGIO estate in Barolo, Piedmont, looks back on a long-standing history founded in 1870 and is managed today by Sergio Barale alongside his daughters Eleonora and Gloria. The estate's vineyards are spread across the municipalities of Barolo and Monforte d'Alba, featuring soils composed of sedimentary formations with fossil marl and active limestone. The cultivated grape varieties include Nebbiolo, Barbera, Chardonnay, and Dolcetto, which are crafted into wines reflecting the local denominations. As early as 1934, the winery was among the first in Italy to obtain authorization for exporting its wines.
