About the estate

The history of the Azienda Agricola Costanza Ignazio estate began in the early years of the twentieth century when Pietro Costanza purchased a small plot of land and laid the foundation for the winery. Today, the business is managed in the fourth generation by Ignazio, who implemented technological modernization while preserving traditional methods. The vineyards are situated in a hilly region in south-central Sicily at altitudes ranging from 400 to 500 meters above sea level. The Mediterranean climate with marked daily temperature ranges, alongside clayey, calcareous, and marly soils, characterises the organic viticulture. The portfolio includes organic Nero d'Avola and organic Inzolia.
