About the estate

The Azienda Agricola Cavalchina Società Semplice estate is located in Sommacampagna in Veneto, situated in the southeastern part of the Garda morainic amphitheatre. Founded at the beginning of the last century, the winery has a long-standing viticultural history already documented in the Habsburg cadastre of 1848. In 1962, the estate was the first to market the local white wine under the Custoza denomination, successfully introducing it to major markets. The vineyards are cultivated with the Fernanda, Trebbiano, and Garganega grape varieties. Production practices include manual harvesting in multiple passes, careful bunch selection, and a winemaking process that combines artisanal tradition with technological innovation.
