The ASTO ALESSANDRO Az. Agr. estate is owned by the Gerbi family and comprises about eleven hectares of vineyards in a single plot at an altitude of approximately 220 meters in Piedmont. The vineyards are cultivated according to traditional methods without the use of chemical herbicides and fertilizers. The grape variety portfolio includes Barbera, Grignolino, Cortese, Chardonnay, Brachetto, Moscato, and Freisa. Vinification takes place in the estate's cellars using temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, while French oak barrels are employed for the aging of Barbera.
