About the estate

The Alter Weinhof organic winery is run by the Krämer family in Erden in the Middle Moselle region. The estate is dedicated to organic viticulture and cultivates its vineyards in harmony with natural cycles. The winemakers draw on old traditions, the experience of their ancestors, and the use of biodynamic preparations. The portfolio includes Riesling wines, single-vineyard wines, varietal wines, and natural wines from slate soils. Vinification takes place in an old vaulted cellar using gentle cellar management practices.
