About the estate
The ADERNATS - Vinícola de Nulles estate cultivates 400 hectares of vineyards in Nulles, Catalonia. The history of the winery dates back to 1917, when local villagers united to form a cooperative and built the iconic modernist cellar designed by architect Cèsar Martinell. Benefiting from a warm Mediterranean climate, the vineyards are planted with native varieties such as Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Moscatell alongside other traditional grapes. The vines thrive on soils rich in clay and limestone, yielding concentrated grapes that form the basis for the estate wines bottled under the Adernats brand since 1987.
The eno directory lists 5 wines, mostly from Xarel·lo Vermell. The estate sells to horeca and retail.
