About the estate
The Adega do Monte Branco estate was founded in 2004 in Estremoz in the Alentejo region. Founder Luís Louro grew up in Alentejo and established his own path as a producer with this winery. The vineyards are managed sustainably on schist and limestone soils, incorporating regenerative viticulture practices. The estate works with traditional Portuguese grape varieties such as Alicante Bouschet and Trincadeira alongside pioneer varieties. The resulting wines are characterized by strong identity, character, and freshness.
