The ΟΙΝΟΠΟΙΕΙΟ ΘΩΜΑΪΔΗ "3 ΓΕΝΙΕΣ" estate located in Aridaia builds upon a family history that began in 1936 with the cultivation of vineyards by the first generation. Following the establishment of a traditional distillery, the third generation updated and extended the facilities into a modern winery. The entire production originates exclusively from privately owned vineyards. Winemaking focuses on expressing the local microclimate while highlighting the rare local variety Amassi alongside international varieties and Xinomavro.
