Présentation du domaine
Le domaine Cantina Foderà à Marsala s'appuie sur une longue histoire qui a débuté en 1849, lorsque Matteo Foderà a vinifié pour la première fois les raisins de ses propres vignes. Pendant des générations, l'entreprise familiale a fourni du vin aux établissements locaux, avant que la première mise en bouteille à la propriété ne soit réalisée en 2001 sous l'impulsion de Nino Foderà. Les vignobles certifiés biologiques sont situés dans la zone nord de Marsala sur des sols rouges méditerranéens et cultivent des cépages tels que Grillo, Syrah, Merlot, Perricone et Zibibbo. La gestion est durable avec des vendanges manuelles afin de préserver la qualité naturelle des raisins pour la vinification dans la cave historique de la famille.
