Local growers with over ten years of experience planted 2100 vines, focusing on fungus-resistant varieties to successfully adapt to the maritime climate. The vineyard cultivates the grape varieties Johanniter, Souvignier Gris, and Monarch. These varieties are used to produce white wines, red wines, and rosé wines such as the Mojo blend, which offer diverse culinary pairings.
