The Le Cave’O enterprise was founded in 2022 in Elewijt, emerging from a passion for wine. The business produces its own wines there on a small scale and in a traditional manner, while also vinifying grapes imported from Abruzzo and Sicily and developing its own Belgian vineyards. Cultivation follows permaculture principles, and the wines are produced manually and unfiltered. Furthermore, the company acts as a Belgian importer for wines from the southern Rhône Valley.
