The Weingart estate is run by Florian and Ulrike Weingart as a small winery in the Middle Rhine region. The focus is on producing Riesling in all its facets, ranging from dry to Trockenbeerenauslese, with semi-dry and feinherb wines also playing a major role. In addition, the portfolio includes Pinot Noir, among other varieties. In the cellar, additives and biotechnological products are largely avoided, and the wines are produced vegan. The winery also places great importance on ecological sustainability in its production and vineyard management.
