The Weingut Stäpfli estate is idyllically situated amidst the vineyards of Alfermée on Lake Biel. On a vineyard area of 3.15 hectares, Silvia Gaensslen and master farmer Alfred Lüthi cultivate the vines using environmentally friendly methods, with a small portion managed as ecological area. The main grape varieties of the winery are Pinot Noir and Chasselas, while smaller shares consist of varieties such as Cabernet Carol and Muscat. The estate produces wines under the AOC Bern denomination.
