About the estate

The Weingut Sonnenberg in Kriens, German-speaking Switzerland, was founded in 2009 as a wine-growing cooperative and manages a vineyard on the slope of the Unterhus property. The vineyard is located in the Central Switzerland region, and the wines are marketed under the controlled designation of origin AOC Luzern. The estate cultivates the fungus-resistant grape varieties Johanniter and Cabernet Jura. Farming is conducted strictly according to the organic guidelines of Bio Suisse. The wines are available through local retail, gastronomy, and direct sales.
