About the estate

The Sohlbach estate in Kiedrich is run by a new generation spanning four generations of winemaking history. The winery manages nearly ten hectares of vineyards in the Rheingau region and features the oldest historic wine cellar as well as the oldest ribbed vault in the town. In addition to classic wines, the portfolio includes fungus-resistant PIWI grape varieties. Viticulture and vineyard management are overseen by the wine technician Fabian, while Susanne handles marketing and events. The estate's offerings are complemented by a seasonal tavern and regular wine tastings.

The eno directory lists 15 wines, mostly from Riesling and Roter Riesling.
