About the estate

The Singer-Fischer estate in Ingelheim am Rhein-Großwinternheim cultivates twelve hectares of vineyards in Rheinhessen, with red and white grape varieties represented in roughly equal proportions. The winery is managed by two generations who combine traditional cultivation methods with modern approaches. A particular focus is placed on the production of various sparkling wines, as the family operates a sparkling wine cellar together with another family. Among the notable sites is the Bockstein vineyard, which is characterized by weathered limestone and Terra fusca soils. This location features Riesling vines that yield wines with fine fruit, minerality, and a powerful structure.
