About the estate
The Martin Müllen estate manages five hectares of vineyards on steep slate soils along the Mosel in Traben-Trarbach and Kröv. This family-run winery is dedicated to producing characterful Rieslings from the finest steep slopes, relying entirely on meticulous manual labor. Cultivation is close to nature, complemented by traditional methods such as using historical basket presses, spontaneous fermentation, and aging in classic oak barrels. Through the restoration of long-forgotten, historically renowned sites, the estate crafts nuanced, highly individual, and long-living wines. This traditional winemaking approach authentically reflects the origin and terroir of the region.
