About the estate
The Bruno Römer winery in Kröv on the Middle Moselle is run as a pure family business in the fourth generation. Characterful wines are cultivated on around five hectares of vineyards in steep slate sites such as Kröver Steffensberg and Kröver Letterlay. The focus of the portfolio is on Riesling, complemented by Rivaner, Kerner, Pinot Noir, and Dornfelder. The vineyards are cultivated as naturally and quality-oriented as possible, with the grapes predominantly harvested by hand. In the cellar, this is followed by gentle processing with slow, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
