About the estate

The Bihlmayer estate in Löwenstein in Württemberg looks back on a history spanning generations and cultivates 18.5 hectares of vineyards. The portfolio includes traditional classics, innovative Piwi wines, expressive single-vineyard wines from Eulenberg, Wolfsklinge, Hundsberg and Stierle, as well as terroir wines. In the vineyard, the winery relies on selective hand harvesting, while in the cellar, careful aging and the targeted use of wood are applied. Soils such as gypsum keuper and variegated marl, alongside the climate and vintage, shape the character of the wines.

The eno directory lists 12 wines, mostly from Blaufränkisch and Pinot Gris.
