About the estate
The BIBO RUNGE estate is located in the Rheingau region and produces a portfolio ranging from Riesling and Pinot Noir to Crémant, grower sparkling wine, and non-alcoholic wines and sparkling wines. The majority of the vineyards were acquired in 2018, and fertilization has been completely discontinued since then. In the cellar, the winery relies on a minimal use of processing aids and exclusively spontaneous fermentation. As a Fair’n Green member, the estate places great emphasis on sustainable management and climate protection within the region.
