About the estate
The Swiss winery Weinbau MurmureDuVent located in Meikirch exclusively produces natural wines known as Vin Vivants. The grapes are harvested by hand and processed in the cellar through spontaneous fermentation using native yeasts. Vinification is carried out unfiltered and with minimal addition of sulfites, while some wines are produced completely without additives according to the standards of the Vin Nature Suisse association. In addition to still wines, the portfolio also includes sparkling wines such as Pét-Nat and Vin Mousseux, as well as spirits distilled from grape pomace.
