About the estate
Located in Aesch in German-speaking Switzerland, the Monika Fanti winery is run as a family business in its fifth generation. The roots of the estate go back to Marie Hauser, who laid the foundation for the current vineyard holdings. Today, the estate farms plots in the middle of the largest vineyard in the canton of Basel-Landschaft and produces wines of the AOC Basel denomination. Following the principle of integrated production, high-quality wines are produced and sold directly at the farm. Since 2011 and 2016, daughter Stephanie and husband André Fanti have also joined and supported the estate.
