The quality-oriented family estate Weinbau Familie Körper is located in southern Burgenland in Deutsch-Schützen. The vineyards grow on heavy mineral soils as well as on southeast-facing slopes. Red wines account for 85 percent of the vineyard area, led by the main variety Blaufränkisch, alongside Zweigelt, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. The remaining portion consists of white wines such as Welschriesling and Grüner Veltliner. Quality control begins in the vineyard with short pruning and cluster thinning, followed by meticulous cellar practices including maturation in large wooden casks and barriques.
