Lärit ist ein Blanc de Noir. Ein gehaltvoller Weisswein aus Pinot Noir Trauben. In der Deutschschweiz oft auch als Federweisser bekannt. Die Trauben pflegen wir in unserem Rebberg in Oeschgen. Den Wein keltern wir beim Weingut Fürst in Hornussen. Frisch und fruchtig.

Die neuste Kreation aus unserem Haus. Zusammen mit Emil (Milo) Kälin haben wir diesen Wein im schwierigen Jahr 2024 kreiert. 280 Flaschen aus den Rebbergen in Mandach (50% Regent), Stäfa (35% Pinot Noir) und Pfäffikon ZH (15% Sulzberger) ergeben diesen fruchtigen Wein.

Aus der roten Traubensorte Garanoir im Sulzberg keltern wir neu auch ein schönen Weisswein indem wir die Trauben sofort abpressen und ohne Traubenhäute vergären. Ein Weisswein aus roten Trauben nennt man bei uns auch Federweisser oder Blanc de Noir. Frisch und fruchtig.
