The Virgen de las Viñas Bodega y Almazara estate was founded on November 19, 1961, by 15 members in Tomelloso within the Castilla-La Mancha region as a cooperative, achieving continuous growth in both membership and production volume since its establishment. The winery produces wines under the La Mancha DO designation, combining traditional winemaking methods with advanced cellar technology, including temperature-controlled fermentation and extensive barrel aging. The grapes originate from the parcels of associated producers and are handled through automated processes ensuring complete traceability. Bottling is carried out using modern facilities before the products are distributed globally.
