About the estate

The Vins Hertz Albert estate manages vineyards with an average age of approximately thirty years. Chemical fertilizers and products were progressively reduced starting in 1982 and eventually eliminated, and the entire domain has been farmed biodynamically since 2006. Agricultural practices include soil cultivation, the use of plant, animal, or mineral preparations, and adherence to lunar and stellar cycles. Harvesting is consistently performed by hand, while traditional vinification in oak casks is complemented by modern techniques. The winery focuses on producing authentic wines that reflect their terroir and grape variety through natural means.
