About the estate
The Vincenc Jaštík Vinařství estate cultivates 2.5 hectares of vineyards in Vacenovice within the Morava wine region. The family winemaking tradition dates back to 1924 and is currently maintained in the third generation. The primary grape varieties grown by the winery include Chardonnay, Aurelius, Pálava, Hibernal, Sauvignon, Dornfelder, and Zweigeltrebe. All wines are produced exclusively from estate-grown grapes harvested in the Vinohrádky vineyard site, which features sandy-loam soils and a dry climate. In the cellar, the small family-run winery combines traditional viticulture with modern winemaking techniques.
The eno directory lists 9 wines, mostly from Chardonnay.

Víno žlutozelené barvy. Vůně je expresivní, převládají citrusy a žluté peckové ovoce. Chuť plná příjemná po citrusech, harmonická se šťavnatou kyselinkou a minerálním závěrem.
