About the estate

The Vinařství Jakubík winery is located in Zlechov in the heart of the Slovácko region and has been run by the Jakubík family for three generations. The family cultivates the vineyards with a focus on tradition, respect for nature, and a connection to historical roots. Břetislav Jakubík, as the head of the family, combines traditional methods with a modern approach to create characterful wines. The portfolio includes limited editions such as the white and red wines named Cyrillus and Methodius after the Slavic missionaries, which mature in Wallachian oak barrels. Additionally, the estate offers guided wine tastings in the vineyards below Buchlov Castle.
