About the estate

The family-run Vinařství Výmola estate is located in the Těšické bůdy cellar lane in the village of Mikulčice and is rooted in a long-standing generational tradition. The winery cultivates approximately 10 hectares of vineyards in the Kněžské and Na Stráni sites using a higher level of integrated production with minimal spraying. In the cellar, modern technologies are combined with traditional approaches such as spontaneous fermentation and barrel aging, with a distinct focus on producing high-quality sweet wines and oak-matured red wines. The original wine cellar dating back to 1904 has been gradually expanded to include modern production facilities and spaces for wine tourism and tastings.
