About the estate

The Vinařství Válka estate was founded in 1991 by Karel and Milada Válkovi in Nosislav within the Morava wine region and is today managed by the family. Cultivating eleven hectares of vineyards, the winery manages sites such as Přední hory, Revolníky, Padělky, Kozelky, and Staré hory. Viticulture follows organic principles featuring manual harvesting, no artificial irrigation, and a strong emphasis on biodiversity. The grape variety spectrum includes Welschriesling, Riesling, Pálava, Grüner Veltliner, Blaufränkisch, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. In the cellar, the winery focuses on spontaneous fermentation without added yeasts, minimal sulfur additions, and the production of natural, unfiltered wines.

The eno directory lists 7 wines, mostly from Cabernet Moravia and Blaufränkisch. The estate sells to retail, horeca and distributors.
