About the estate
The Dalibor Osička winery is a family-run estate founded in 1991 in Velké Bílovice within the Morava wine region. The estate manages eight hectares of vineyards following organic production methods with a focus on biologically active soils and biodiversity. Vinification is carried out in a minimal-intervention style featuring spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts. The wines are aged in older oak barrels, stainless steel tanks, or ceramic amphorae.
The eno directory lists 23 wines, mostly from Chardonnay and Grüner Veltliner.
