The VINAŘSTVÍ U SVATÉHO MARTINA s.r.o. estate located in Velké Bílovice was founded in 2008 by Radim Osička. Later, his older son Tomáš joined the family business and now shapes the profile of the winery with his third-generation collection. The estate cultivates its vineyards in harmony with nature, relying on ecological agriculture and conscious yield reduction. The portfolio includes varieties such as Frankovka, Pinot Noir, Pálava, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, and Sylvaner. While white wines ferment in stainless steel tanks, red wines age in oak barrels for at least twelve months.
