About the estate
The young family-run Vinařství Pavlica estate is based in Zaječí within the Velkopavlovická wine sub-region and was officially established in 2012. The estate farms five hectares of its own vineyards situated on a southern slope with a limestone-rich terroir where vines have been cultivated since Roman times. Vineyard management avoids herbicides and relies on biological protection and cover crops to maintain soil health. The portfolio features white grape varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Hibernal, Pálava, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay, alongside the red varieties Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Annual production reaches approximately 30,000 bottles, which are divided into two distinct product lines.
The eno directory lists 8 wines, mostly from Sauvignon Blanc and Hibernal. The estate sells to horeca and retail.
