About the estate
The family-run Vinařství Pavla Brázdová estate manages 3.5 hectares of its own vineyards in Sudoměřice nad Moravou in the foothills of the White Carpathians, situated on the southern slopes of the Vápenky and Staré hory sites. The stony clay soils produce mineral, full-bodied, and extractive wines from grape varieties including Sylvánské zelené, Rulandské šedé, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Rýnský ryzlink, Merlot, Frankovka, Tramín, Pálava, and Johanniter. The annual production reaches around 20,000 bottles, originating from reduced yields intended exclusively for predicate wines. Vinification utilizes chilled stainless steel tanks for white wines alongside oak and barrique barrels for red wines.
